All of our coaches have firsthand experience navigating the recruiting process and competing at the highest levels in both Canada and the United States. They bring not only elite-level knowledge of the game, but also a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed on and off the court. Our coaches are committed to mentoring athletes, helping them develop their skills, build confidence, and position themselves for the next level.
Coach Charlie Hennessy
Charlie Hennessy is the founder and head coach, dedicated to helping the next generation of athletes navigate the game and reach their full potential. As an elite-level shooter, Charlie has developed a deep understanding of scoring, skill development, and what it takes to perform at a high level. His mission goes beyond training—he is committed to mentoring athletes, guiding them through their journeys, and giving back to the game that gave him so much. Through hands-on coaching and a strong connection with his players, Charlie focuses on building confident, skilled, and disciplined athletes both on and off the court.
Founder/Coach
Born and raised in Windsor, Coach Yashar is one of the top guards in the OUA and a true three-level scorer with the University of Windsor. He can score from anywhere on the floor—deep threes, mid-range, or attacking the rim—and knows exactly how to break down defenders. That’s what he brings into every session. If you’re trying to become a better scorer, create your own shot, and dominate offensively, Yashar is your coach.

The Elite Coaching Staff
Coach Quinn Carey is one of the top point guards in the OUA and the captain of the University of Windsor. A true leader on and off the court, he knows how to control the game, make the right reads, and elevate his team. This is the same mindset he brings into every session. If you’re serious about becoming a better point guard—handling pressure, making plays, and leading a team—Quinn is your coach.

Coach Sam Kozar is an All-Canadian Games nominee and one of the top guards in the prep circuit, known for his ability to score at a high level. As a 20+ PPG scorer and proven performer, Sam has developed into an elite shooter with the ability to stretch the floor and score efficiently in game situations. His experience as a high-level scorer allows him to teach athletes the details behind shooting—footwork, shot creation, and consistency.
